Q. What is YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A: A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE ARE no deletions from your credit report within 90 days Of Your Full Payment.
Q: What is included in the Credit repair?
A: Removal of negative accounts listed on your consumer credit report. (Bankruptcy, foreclosure, closed accounts, charge offs, collections accounts and repossessions, student loans, hard inquiries)
Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: Payments must be made by each scheduled due date. If something comes up, please feel free to contact me. If you do not contact me, you risk being canceled as a client. If the next month comes in and the previous month's payment hasn't been made you will be required to start the process over.
Q: Can I get a refund if nothing comes off of my credit report?
A: Yes! I offer refunds on initial payments if with 90 days after signing up with my company NOTHING is removed from your credit report AND you are up to date with your monthly payments.
Q: How long after I sign up will I see results?
A: In plain English. I'm not sure. I take pride in being open and sincere with my customers. Nobody in the credit repair industry can predict when or what will be removed from your report, in no particular order. Since it differs for everyone, I am unable to predict when you will start to see results. But I can guarantee you that I will fight hard to have those negative accounts deleted with the credit bureaus. You should devote at least six months to credit repair, in my opinion but you can expect to see results in at least 30 days.
Q: Will you help me build my credit after the negative accounts are removed?
A: YES! I'll always help you find ways to raise your FICO score and keep it there. I will provide credit builders and if you need, I can provide TRADELINES at a discounted rate to increase and add back positive credit to strength your profile.
Q: What can I use to monitor my credit while you're fixing it?
A: CreditCheckTotal . SmartCredit . IdentityIQ .Transunion . Equifax. Experian
Q: It's been 30 days, and I haven't gotten anything in the mail. what to do?
A: The credit bureaus have 30 days from the day they GET my letter to respond. So, it's not 30 days since you signed up with my services. I would start counting the 30 days about 5-6 days AFTER you get my email that your dispute letters have been completed and mailed.
